Registering on watershop.ie is free to eligible subscribers. You may purchase any products provided on the website, at the prices designated on the website, by adding a product to a basket and choosing to proceed to payment.
On registering with watershop.ie, The Watershop requires a period of time to process customer accounts. This process involves, but is not limited to, collating the registration information and authorising the relevant customer-specific discounts and complimentary services. If you proceed to payment and complete an order prior to this integration, the order will be charged with all general duties applied and without any customer-specific discounts. If, subsequent to payment, an account with applied discounts and / or complimentary services is enabled, the balance amount on this initial transaction will be fully refunded either to the assigned credit account or to the credit card utilised.
Products on watershop.ie are differentiated by geographical restrictions. Certain products will not be available for sale in designated countries. The country into which you are categorized is ascertained as of the address entered during the registration process. It is the policy of watershop.ie that some products will not display a price and will be accompanied by the term POA (Price on Application). Items displaying POA instead of the sell price do so for a number of reasons, not least because we anticipate some additional information is required in order to supply the most suitable options/configuration to each individual customer.

At any point during the transaction process, the save basket functionality can be utilised. This feature allows you to bypass the payment process and save the basket and products for another session. Saved baskets can be reinstated within thirty (30) days of the original saved date.
All prices displayed on watershop.ie are inclusive of VAT. For all orders received from within the Republic of Ireland VAT is added excluding instances where a VAT exemption has been received. For all customers outside the United Kingdom, within the EU, and registered for VAT, The Watershop requires a valid VAT registration number to ship without charging VAT. The Watershop endeavours that all products ordered from within the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom shall be shipped using our authorised carriers and will be dispatched to you by the close of business the day following the placement of the order. Our authorised carriers, have a standard delivery time of 1-3 days. Any delay in delivery times will be notified by phone or email. Delivery times on orders received from outside the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom will vary subject to the designated delivery location.
Although The Watershop attempts to ensure that the inventory of products visible on watershop.ie are in stock, you acknowledge that sporadically certain products, apparent on the website, will not be available at time of shipment. If an order cannot be shipped in its entirety by the close of business the day following the placement of the order, The Watershop will promptly notify you, and provide an estimated shipment date for those items which are unavailable.
Immediately upon receipt of products shipped hereunder, you must inspect all products and notify The Watershop in writing of any claims for order or shipping errors, shortages, defects or damages and shall hold any such goods for The Watershop's written instructions concerning disposition. If you fail to notify The Watershop within ten (10) days after receipt of products, the products shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms provided herein and shall be irrevocably accepted by you.

On registering with watershop.ie you must indicate if you intend to transact using a credit card. In this instance, the address you enter in the registration process must match your credit card billing address. Credit card details entered during transaction processes are not recorded directly on watershop.ie but rather are verified and validated by The Watershop's designated payment service provider. This validation procedure includes comparison of your registered address to that registered against the credit card.
PayPal is also accepted as a payment method. If PayPal is selected as the payment method during checkout you will be re-directed automatically to the PayPal web portal to authorise the payment. No payment information is held by The Watershop other than the confirmation from PayPal that payment has been received.
In all other ways PayPal & Stripe payments are treated the same as Credit Card payments.
To avail of a credit account you must complete and submit the Apply for a Credit Account form. Upon submitting an application, a successful applicant will be contacted and issued an appropriate credit limit. Customers availing of the credit account with The Watershop must quote a valid Purchase Order (PO) number with every credit transaction.
The Watershop shall automatically charge your account or credit card for all orders. In the event that you do not have an account or an account with a sufficient balance adequate to cover the order amount, you will be offered the option to pay for the order by credit / debit card. If you only transact using an authorised credit card and it is rejected for any reason, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.
The amount of payment due shall be that amount reflected in each order at time of order placement, comprised of the price of products ordered (at the time of order placement), applicable shipping charges, and applicable taxes reflected in the order.
Credit card orders will be shipped in one complete consignment. Orders placed on account may be part shipped at the discretion of The Watershop.
Unless otherwise agreed to by The Watershop, in a written contract with you, payment shall be due promptly upon the provision of ordered products to our authorised shipper. Unless otherwise agreed to by The Watershop, in a written contract, you are obliged to provide payment for goods ordered within 30 days of invoice.
All returns, replacements, technical services and support shall be handled by The Watershop's customer service department. Products may be returned to The Watershop Ltd within 30 days for replacement or adjustment. To ensure prompt handling, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorisation Number (“RGA number”) from The Watershop and reference this number on return shipping documents. Returns made without the RGA number will be returned to you. All returned goods must be received in their original packaging and without additional writing / labelling / stickers applied.
